okay i cant find out where to get my lvl 15+ armor befor lvl 20 but after lvl 8 armor set.
i know it exist because i got a boot and a hat, but i cant find a **** or pants.
can someone help me?

The equips that used to have a level requirement of 14, 16, or 18 now have a requirement of 8, unless they are green. They are sold at the Roumen Smith.

i have a pair of boots called lunar eclipse magic boots and they are lvl 14 requirement so this is confusing to me

Because they are green, they have the old requirements. If you found a green pair of pants, they would have the old level requirement of 18, 28, 38, etc.
