Lucky ball drops are where you find them, but I didnt start getting them til I was LVL 22 :)

They come from a Blue Lucky ball (Body Outfit). Each color will represent a different Body part you may collect. Also, the outfit or headgear that you may get is randomized as you open the item. Cause these are custom gears to look nice and help you. These gear only last 1 week (7 days) so with that known have fun hunting/opening lucky balls!
