Seriously it is a pain when you want to do something on your own and just cause you won't party with them, or they are a higher level then you and think they can get away with it...That i can tolerate but when they turn round and say there helping then that really annoys me.

1. There is no need to KS there is always gonna be more monsters somewhere else.

2. There is no need KS full stop.

3. it is selfish and it ruins the game for everyone else.

and this is kinda my own rule:
4. If your gonna take that person's monster atleast wait til the person died before you steal it.

Everyone hates and complains about Ksing.. Doesn't stop people doing it though, Even though there are rules on KSing.. It's not like people don't do it.. -Sigh- It's just something that hasta happen in every game with no solution..

I've often noticed that those that KS me are people that cannot handle the size or the mob itself on their own because its far above their level.

So my own personal choice? If they want to KS me fine...but if I stop hitting and it aggroes to them and then kills them...well, too bad.

There are rules in place regarding KSing, and often people claim not to 'know the rules' so before I implement my 'if it kills you too bad' policy, I take the time to mention that KSing isn't just discouraged its not allowed. If they continue to ks...then by all means, take the massive mob I'm usually dragging and lets see what you can do with it. ^^

If someone ks me repeatedly after warning, I drag a group of mob to aoe... wait from them to attack, then kindly give all of my mobs to them with Nature's Protection xD

my worst case was when someone tried to ks me, and failed he said he didn't ks me cuz he failed to. for god damn sake, it's ksing if you try not if you succeed

See if its my mob then ill attack the monster weather someone is attacking it or not its the conclusion ive come to since ive noticed that if i move onto another monster and let that person have the orginal monster they'll dont it again, but i still dont see why they must ruin the game. Like Celtic said there are rules and even if that person hasnt read them they should atleast know not to taking something thats not theres...

See recently i had some lvl 60-70 fighter KS me in goblin camp...it annoyed me alot granted but it also annoyed me how he thought that he could get away with this just because he was higher then me. he also made a point that he was KSing aswell...and they seem to think they could get away with it.
And i also think if that was them being Ks'd they probably wouldnt think twice about reporting.


They should just stop ruining the game for us its not fair.

I have actually been accused of Ksing people in my own party believe it or not.
They claimed that they were working on some kind of licenses and that when I would cast frost nova on the mobs they weren't getting any credit for the kills.
I don't know if what they said was true or not but they were claiming that I was Ksing them.

So I quit the party and of course I was called names and they said that they were going to report me for Ksing.

I mean seriously, that is just idiotic.

In the abyss a degenerate fighter stuns my Mage and kills her so when I spawn back I cast purge on him and take away his vitality scroll.
He gets furious and curses at me and said that he is going to report me for abuse unless I pay him 15 silver for the scroll.

In my personal opinion, I think that there are just too many immature minded malcontents in the game and everything now is considered to be some kind of a crisis situation.

They must keep the CRSs busy all of the time with frivolous complaints.
I really hate Ksers too but I guess it is just something that you have to learn to live with.

haha nice one, that reminds me of what happened to my mage at the early 50's.
Had that quest to get lamps or something like that from lightninig vivi's. Went to CP on that little hill just before the gate to SEG alone and pulled and killed vivi's one at a time from both sides.

At one point a lower level fighter who spammed some party invites to me for a while proceeded to attack the vivi i was attacking at that moment. It was obvious to me that the fighter did very little damage and basicly was waiting for me to finish it.Then i decided to stop casting any skills and let the fighter finish it.

Seems that vivis are programmed to attack whoever is closer to them so it quickly switched target and killed the fighter in 2 hits. That was a hilarious moment for me cause i didnt expect this to happen. Hope this was a good lesson for him not to try steal experience from other players.

I believe KSing is a problem but as the community grows and new people start playing fiesta, its not going to stop anytime soon, sadly =/. My advice is to buck up.
I dont like KSing believe me, but what i did notice is some people dont even know what KSing is. I know i didnt, even when is started to hear it alot i didnt REALLY know what people were talking about lol (i just nod my head alot and pretend to know what people are talking about lol). Yes, i know some people might think its self explainitary but it some cases that might not be true.
Example: One time when i was grinding on my fighter (in sand hill or something) someone came up and started ksing me out of the blue. I asked him to stop and he said "im just trying to help you, im sorry." (like i would really need help LOL... *cough* anyways..) He didnt know what he did wrong. Him being a newbie i explained to him that he was 'kill stealing', he told me that he didnt know that term and said sorry again :O. Idk maybe he was lieing, w/e but i think some people who cant speak english and/or are newbs sometimes dont know that they are doing something wrong. I dont like supporting these people but maybe when a person kses you, just explain to them what they are doing and why it is wrong. If that person is an idiot/jerk just go with plan B and run them over with a mob lmao.

Ksing is anoying, and helpful, i think her 4th rule is the best one if anyone is going to ks.
it's unfair, but acceptible if not done too much.
it really gets frustrating if your trying to do a hard quest, but then again you should get a party to do it.
