Getting hacked off cos I cannot find Tecalpe and noone in game is answering my query.
I am walking around in slo-mo with no idea where to go.
So any help / directions will be appreciated /rewarded

If you don't like the quest or running slow, delete the quest, hightlight letter and click the trash button to delete it. Then you will be able to run normal speed again and search to where is it you need to go faster.

OR

Delete the quest and reread the information the NPC gives you and look at the description of the quest where you need to go. As for my opinion, almost all the quest in-game are pointless right now. They give a small amount of exp and money. Which all can be earned more quickly by levleing. The only quest you prob want to do is to obtain a clown nose and pino nose.

I only know of one heavy letter quest, but I don't recall the name Sairan...
The lass I had to talk to to give the eccentric love letter to was north of the Armoury in Summerhill.
