i started 1 week ago and in 3 days i became a mage.i saw this skill that said u need to be a preist and stuff to use it. It was in the mage training place.so my question is can u have more than 1 job b4 the second job change?

Nope. The skill I believe you're talking about is Mana Transfer, a skill that increases your Mana recovery over time. You found this skill for Priests in the Mage skills because both Mages and Priests can get the skill at the right level.
If you were to go to the Priest skill NPC, you would see that skill in there as well.

...From Johabriner, the clown looking guy in every single town. He's next to the Composition, Forging and Reinforcing stations.

Mages mana transfer Improves the amount of mana you recieve from the Priest spell, Mana Transfer, you cant actually transfer your own (At least I dont think you can since I didn't buy the skill in the first place >_>")
