Where can we find this form to fill out? I believe alot of us are above level 30 now and we would like to participate in this event. You should put a link to the form in this "stickied" thread: http://www.outspark.com/forums/showt...651#post130651

If your lvl 30 you are automatically entered for a drawing. There is no form to fill out for they will give the items to your account if won. Unless you delete your own account O_o.
