I have just downloaded the game it patched itself when I login I get an error message please check your username or password is correct,and you are running the latest outspark software (unauthorized 401).
any help would be appreciated.

i get the same message but it has a ?!and there upside down
if you figure out how to get in please tell me

Can you put what client download you have? That sounds like a familiar issue with a close beta client trying to access current status (ie it wont work)

The reason for this error message is most likely caused by trouble with your Internet connection to our login servers. There may be an issue with your Internet speed caused by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). I would suggest trying to connect at another time, and contacting your network administrator/ISP to make sure that your Internet connection is working properly. Also, you may want to be sure to check on the following:
1. You are not accessing via a proxy
2. Your Internet connection is stable and consistent
3. Any firewall(s) you are running are disabled
We are well aware of the numerous connection issues reported by users regarding logging in since the most recent patch. The “401 Error” means that your username/password failed; OR that you are running an old unsupported closed beta. I assure you that our Development Team is currently looking into the matter.

I have just reset my account changed my password and it allowed me to get further it then gave me an error message of failed to login to servers, my internet connection is fine my internet security is fine, and i'm not accessing through any proxy

Have you tried reinstalling the Outspark Launcher? It may have patched incorrectly and each time you log in it will register as "401" error which could mean (as mentioned) that your launcher is out of date. I would suggest uninstalling and reinstalling it.
