The first thing you need to know before attempting to download new graphics card drivers is which type of card you have. There are typically two companies who manufacture graphics cards; nVIDIA and ATI. Once you have found what type of card you have, you can then download the drivers located at:
Outspark Drivers Page ( http://www.outspark.com/sos/downloads/drivers
)
NOTE: All current graphics card drivers are now packaged with the most current version of OpenGL. There is no need to seek it once you have downloaded and installed your graphics card driver.
I have listed below the steps to find what type of graphics card you have, and also for future reference any other specific spec of your computer.
1. Press “Start”
2. Click “Run”
3. Type “DxDiag” and press enter
Don't forget to check out the minimum requirements for our games as well:
Fiesta (http://www.outspark.com/fiesta/systemreqs)
Secret of the Solstice (http://www.outspark.com/sos/guides/getting-started/system-reqs/)

Would my graphic card be called "chip type"?

Would my graphic card be called "chip type"?
Pretty much
But you can use the "manufacturer:" and "Name:" to help you find the driver if it isn't in the list.

I haven't heard of that before...
Where exactly does it say that message?
(when you try the run dxdiag?)

When I click on the link for the driver download, as the driver is beginning the download process I get that message, Like it's not compatible with my computer or something.

You probably have the wrong driver set. Very possible with that outcome you got their.
what you need to do is properly figure out what graphics you have.
Like CSR_Cretz said.
1. Press “Start”
2. Click “Run”
3. Type “DxDiag” and press enter
If it askes you a yes or no question just hit yes. It should load either way.
Once loaded go to the "Display" tab. At the very top, right underneath the tabs, it should show "Name:XXXXX" Whatever possibly your graphics could be. Once you figure that out you can then search for that graphics. If you need more help with it just post back here with the name and I will try and help you.

I just worked with someone that has the same card.
I will give you some instructions in a sec.
Link to SiS main site (http://www.sis.com/products/sis760.htm)
Go there and click on the download section at the top.
(Don't worry its the main site for that card.)
Accept the agreement then there will be 3 boxes.
In the first box click on Windows Xp in the second box IGP graphics drivers and in the third click SiS66x/SiS76x/SiS67x.
That is the driver you need for your card.

Its the latest driver for your graphics card.
It should fix the problem that you had popping up and it will update it. XD
(Meaning you shouldn't have any problems at all matter of fact it would probably be better than your previous driver since it is the latest of that driver.)

It didn't allow you to download the driver?
If you did what I said above it should have downloaded the correct one for you to install. >.<
Just a min I will look further into this for you.
*Watch here for if I find anything.*

Nope, I get some kind of error with like everything I try. I think I have a chip but no driver. My drivers side for the directX Diagnostic Tool is completely empty, there's no information there. And this is all the info I get about the "device" side:
Name: SiS 760
Manufacturer: SiS
Chip Type: SiS 760 Rev 00
Dac Type: Internal
Monitor: COMPAQ FS7600 Color Monitor
The rest isn't important, just person settings for size and all.

yeah that instruction I gave you was for a new driver for the graphics card. >.<
It appears to look like it would download correctly for me.
(Even though I don't have the card.)
Did you pick the location and download now after my instructions?
(Perhaps I should have added that...)

Think it could be due to a virus?

It works fine, but then I get an error rather soon after it starts downloading.
Ekairi

Possibly...
Try these programs "Ad-ware", "Spybot", "Combofix", and "Fixwareout".
(In that order.)
Google them and if you can't find a download to any of them I will link them for you.
Edit:
(Note that stuff like Nortan Anti-virus and AVG Anti-virus doesn't find everything but if you have either or can find AVG go ahead and try those too.)
Edit2:
There is another set of instruction I forgot.
I will just copy paste what I told the other person with the same graphics card.
Ack I'm sorry.
I should have made instructions about that too.
Once you have that download create a folder for the driver somewhere you will remember. (Name it drivers and from now on each time you go a download something like that put the information in that folder.)
Extract the information into that folder using the program that you opened it with.
Once its done look into the folders until you find a icon that is named Setup. (Should be a dark blue icon.)
That should be all you have to do.
You will need a program like WinAce or Winrar to open the file.

Oi this is what you would be calling hijacking a thread then.
Also try not to post so many times in a row, there is an edit button on your post.
Click that and add to that if your the last poster.
Next since your problem is much different it would best if you made your own thread if you don't have one already.
You will have to be as descriptive as possible.
Tell them everything that you did to install the game and what is happening when you try to log in or whatever other problem you are experiencing in a new thread.

Please stay on topic for the thread. This is even more detrimental to the discussion in troubleshooting where players are looking for genuine advice for their issues.
Akamu, I would say that your SiS video card is giving you more trouble than it's worth. Ekairi already provided you with the correct driver information however I would highly recommend that you upgrade it as it is out of date for our minimum requirements to play the game. You can find the recommended graphics cards here (http://www.outspark.com/fiesta/systemreqs) from our website for Fiesta.
Sonicmaster, your posts are somewhat unrelated to the thread's topic and I would advise you to post them in a new thread or find one more suited towards your issue.
Thank you for all the advice you are providing to each other by the way, it's definitely appreciated by all of us at Outspark.com!
