The armor, weapons, skills, etc. seem a little overpriced for how much gold I actually receive. I go broke when whenever I need to buy new armor & skills. Any tips?

I've just been focused on the hunting and gathering quests. You may go broke after you upgrade but I have always had enough money to get all the upgrades I could at the time. After you need to spend a lot of time on one level, that's when I start to make my money.

I just keep old armor for a long time, for example, my 21 priest is wearing the lvl 10 gear, but I always upgrade on weapons every 5 lvls, and I get the most important skills, and always remember you can sell the armor your wearing, to help buy a new set.
Also the WSP gear is cheap in gold (some of it) so just pvp for your clothes if you must.
