Small Font Size FIX !

Guide:


Step 1: copy this in your window browser, open my computer etc and copy this in the path


C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Outspark\Fiesta\ressystem


Step 2: open "font.cfg"


Step 3: edit whats in the "font.cfg" to be like this


verdana 0

verdana 0


or you can change the font to arial which is better imo

Thanks for the tip, but it doesn't seem to work, I changed it but there's no difference.

dont change while you are in game.


quit game first, change and save font.cfg and start the game again

Yes of course I restarted the game, well I did the change while the game was off.

try using both arial 0 and verdana 0





mine works, dont know why yours doesnt..

I tried this awhile i go and i didnt post it because 2 problems. 1. it will change menu and some of what npc says but will not change the chat window. 2. I was starting to have crashes at random, when i changed it back to default those crashes stopped.

lmao there is no cfg there is ini ( tried this the day it was released, didn't seem to work )

Before seeing this thread i checked the fiesta files to see what font it uses...


it uses verdanab ( its the bold one)


and also verdana





you could probably switch to a different font, but the font being hard coded within the client itself may conflict what that new font chance thus forcing the client to crash... if it doesn't for you then that is good! if it does then change to Verdana, if it crashes on that then try verdanab.





Dunno why its working for me now, perhaps it was because I was in 1280x1024 at the time... no clue anyways I'm running it in 1024x768 now and I can see the font and quest fonts at normal size!

maybe i can see it because im using 1600x1050 res lol.. i think this setting is good for this res only
