my account has been banned for some reason and i cant figure out why, i havnt done anything against the rules to anyone but i dont kno why ive been banned, is there any way i can figure out why ive been banned, i cant even log on to my account.....

Generally when Outspark bans a user they send an e-mail to the inbox of the account that is associated with the banned SparkID. The e-mail explains why the user was banned and for how long.
If you have not received such an e-mail, please submit a ticket using the link in my signature (it will take you to the helpdesk page, from there select "contact a CSR"). When submitting please be sure to include the SparkID of the account that was banned and remember that tickets generally take 2-3 business days to get a response.
However, because this is an issue between you and Outspark and its not one that players can really aid you with I'm going to go ahead and close the thread. If you need any help or have any questions about filling out the ticket you're more than welcome to PM me :)
