Ok i was enhancing for sum1 and the red eye glitched and destroyed the item.... I wanted to kno if it can be fixed cause now i have no wep shield or boots they were all +9 and i had to give to the person that i was enhancing for........ message me back plz or in the game IGN is WarxHammer

I had that same thing happen and when I wrote to them about it I was told that I did not use the red eye. But I did use it, I always do. Now I am afraid to enhance anything any more.

ignore him he has no idea
send in a support ticket, give them an appropimate time and date of when it happened and they can look to see if you really did use an eye, i've heard of this bug to and they replaced the item.
