How can I use the Stat Reset Scroll.I tried it once and it said "You cannot use this Item"
Please Help..

Press the c button on you keyboard and next to your stats there should now be a down arrow, click it to remove one stat point off of that skill i hope this helps

Just to add to the poster above.
Once you press 'c' to open your character window, you will see, at the right of INT stat, the 'Stat reset point' count.
This count represent your stat reset scrolls, and the number of stat point you can 'remove' from any stat to have them added back into the 'Points' counter.
You can then reassign them elsewhere as needed.
