Pet Coll Quest?

Just wondering if anyone has any idea how to actually get the Pet Coll that the item merchant Pey supposedly allows you to buy. I got the quest at 29, went there talked to her where she mentioned i could buy the pet from her using 100s (My god that's going to take awhile) and then completed the quest. Now i've been told to actually get the pet from her you must have 100s on your character at the time you talk to her in order to get the pet at all. If this is the case then i've missed out on it, which would really suck :mad:

Just seeing if anyone knows more about it or something can be done about it in order to redo the quest

I store 1S a day (or weekend) for that pet thing and use my remaining to buy skills/equiptments. Slowly but will soon get there...

money starts coming much much faster in the late 20's. in the 30's there are great opportunities to make serious cash. as for buying the coll?...your guess is as good as mine. but don't stress the cash, there's plenty out there to be had. budget wisely
