What we do know though is they said they won't be raising the cap until the Angels and Demons event is over and they are releasing a new part to that every week and there are 3 parts total we are half way to the 2nd one roughly so you wont see a cap raise for 2 and half weeks minimum but like everyone else I dont know the exact date but at least we can confirm its not coming for 17+ days

lol to be honest, trust in what Outspark says , MOST of the time is like talking to 9 years old boy. is full of tricky answers. and if you ask me when cap raise is coming, i doubt will be at first days of april, i think mostly thing will happen at ends of april or ends of June,, and EVEN could take longer lol.
For example, Silkypico said Dmg from Helga Weapons wont be downgraded, lol ,,, of course wont be downgraded, >> maybe the lvl requirement will be increased, maybe those weapons are meants to be lvl120? so yeah, you qill have your helga weapon lol, but even with cap raise wont be able to use it, Who knows, i am no one to assure such stuff, just giving some of the ideas they might have.
And yes They said cap raise will be after the angel & demonds event, Okay lol, bit how much time does means the *after the event finish*, so pretty much, we can have a date, only thing am sure off, is tht cap raise will be this year lmfao

alot of ppl wants OS to release the cap,but after all they will cry about HUGE exp needed per 1 level. example : during level cap only 79,most of ppl refused to grind like normally and crying to OS about where should they grind -_-;
after all OS increased exp in TR and puffff all back into leveling mode : on xD
this version already damn easier and alot of cs stuffs such 50% exp boost card,packs and etc than i played on Korean server lol

First of all its 115mill not 147mill
2nd of all theres TWO repeats at 88 so its much easier than ppl think infact 87 is probably harder overall.
