Is spamming shouts to get titles against rules?

Im not asking ur OPINION nor if its annoying!!!!!

Im asking for a GM answer if its against rules, even if its ouside caves or in places with many ppl like cities... If yes, why is there such titles for shouting 5000 times in 10 hours?

Spamming is spamming it's against the rules no matter what, and it's one of Steam's pet peves.

Shouting advertising those gold sites is obviously illegal... and probably scamming... shouting for getting title seems to be part of the game

Spamming is against the rules, how wasn't my last post clear.

Why there are such titles doesn't matter, they were in Ons on Softs programming of the game so it's in Feista.

And Steam has said already in a post elsewhere that he doesn't like people who spam the shouts. If you are making so many shouts that it is making the chat scroll too fast you will get into trouble.
