I sincerely apologise if this is the wrong forum i suppose I am a little lost but I just bought 7000 sparkcash and was supposed to get 700 for free whitch I do not see.What is this problem?What can I do about it?

You can try to Contack a CSR (http://outspark.custhelp.com/app/ask), make sure to have proof of purchase at hand.

Yes, as Plushii and palmfruits said, in the news they said all free items and sparkcash will be given on April the 7th... by the way my birthday is in April 8th =D
