Excuse me i have a question

Hi sir.

I have a question why is it when i run the program and create my character them log in it on the game all i see is black.. i can't see any thing even my character please help me. i really want to play the game

Look...my game is downloading right now,so i'm not any learnd person.But did you ever thought you may have a connection problem? If so follow the next steps:
-withought starting the game,look at the bottom right of your windows screen(the toolbar)
-you should find there the 2 computers icon
-right click on it
-then click repair
-after you done that,try playing the game now

If the problem persits,follow the next steps:
-click start (at the toolbar)
-then click "control panel"
-open the "windows firewall" thing
-and go to the "Exeptions" tab
-if SoS is not there,press "add prgram..."
-search for the .exe file of the game and click "add"
-then just beef if
-try the game now

If the problem STILL PERSISTS:eek: ,then wait untill i learn the basics of the game and if i have the same problem and repaird it,I promise i will contact you for help with it!

i'm guessing that is your graphic card problem. Maybe you can try to download the graphic card's driver in official website.
