I'm a lvl 22 fighter and just bought Shield Crash. The requirements are above 21 and having a shield equipped, so why is it still locked for me? I have shield the the ground equipped by the way...

strange, you should be able to use shield crash, is it a lvl 1 skill book? if its a master or a lvl 2+ skill book then u wont be able to use it
