problem with free spark cash

i have this problem with free spark cash.All i see i one single option.I have checked both filters and there is still one option.Moreover that one option requires me to pay for a trial.I request you that when you say 'free' you should really mean 'free'.I hope you can solve my problem.Thank you.

Always read the fine print of any offers. The sc IS free but you are required to join things or sign up for offers.
