Launcher Issue?

Okay, I get this weird message when I click on the Fiesta Launcher/Outspark, it says this:
See log file [have to blank this :3]\Fiesta\Launcher\outspark.exe.log for details
I go there and this is what I get

Uh... that's really weird, have you tried reinstalling?
I'm not sure if this is the problem or not, but are you sure you're on your computer's administrator account?

u should wait until servers are back online. the servers are patching rite now. that mite fixed the problem.

I got it installed, I played it on Admin. But I can't play it now. Do I have to be on admin to play it?
