Fiesta won't install: error 5006

Hi, I've spent the past 4 hours trying to figure out how to get Fiesta to install on my PC. I've never failed at installing a program before, but this one has got me stumped...

My PC is running Vista 32-bit Home Premium, has 2 GB of RAM, has a 500 GB drive, an Athlon 64-bit processor, an ATI HD2600XT 512 MB video card, lots of drive space, latest drivers, fully updated with Windows Update, plus has the latest DirectX updates installed.

My user is an administrator and I've tried installing in XP SP2 compatibility mode too. I've also tried deleting all of the temp files, Internet cache, etc. Nothing seems to work.

Whenever I run "Fiesta-01_238_0000.exe" (run as Administrator or just double click), it runs for a few minutes and then pops up with an "error -5006 : 0x800700b7".

Can anyone tell me how to get this game to install on my PC?

Note I have tried the same download on a friends PC (running XP SP3) and Fiesta installed right away without any issues.

Is this a known problem with this game and Vista? (reading the forums I have seen several unanswered posts where users can't get Fiesta to install on their Vista PC)

I am also having this problem.. I am getting a (5005 0x80070002) error... Please make sure you have finished any previous setups and closed other applications. If the error still occurs, please contact your vendor: Outspark (##ID_STRING7##).

I really want this done and I want to make it so im prepared for cap raise =[
