Besides, what criteria are we talking about here? What makes a good fighter? You mean in PvP? Well, those who spend the most on cookies and enhancements tend to be the "best" in PvP, and I hardly see how that has any bearing on their skill. The best fighters meaning highest stats? Well, anything after 9k HP and 4.5k DEF is pretty useless unless you are tanking Helga. If you were to have any of these fighters PvP each other, it would just be a stun-fest, with everyone surviving because they would only be unstuned long enough to cast their own devastate. (Fighters are a shamefully predictable lot after all.)

Really, the fighter has the most leeway in choosing what you want to do with the class. Some emphasize PvP, some Solo grinding, others Tanking, and some strive to mix these disciplines.

It really is just pointless bragging....

Then this 25 fighter i saw tanking mara in kq, so i guess hes #2(good tanking abilities). i think next would be this lvl 13 fighter i saw 1-hit a slime so hes #3(a DD fighter). LOL I understand, and in a way I agree, but from my perspective Maximillianwill is so far beyond any other fighter to have ever played on this server, that comparisons between contemporary fighters are pointless.

Will had a 95% success rate when tanking MD KQ. Now, keep in mind these conditions: 1. The Lv cap was 59. 2. There was no Green equipment. (Well, there were boss weapon drops, but green armor was close to non-existent, it only rarely came from KQs or Elite mobs, about the frequency of production recipe drops.) 3. There were no tier 3 scrolls. 4. The only available tier 2 scrolls were AIM and MDEF. 5. There were no tier 3 Perfect Red Eyes or Blue Miles in the cash shop, so virtually no +9 armor. (It was all white anyways.) 6. There were no Extenders.

So, with just a +9 CG 1-hand and a +9 white shield, and using white, +0 gear for the rest. Will with only t2 MDEF, AIM and t1 DEF, and VIT, and no extenders, was able to successfully tank MD KQ with a 95% win rate.

Rooks has a very respectable 80% win rate at MD KQ, but even by then Greens had become available, even though there was no reliable way to enhance t3 equips. Also, t2 scrolls, but not t3 nor 7-30 day extenders, had become available, so I had many advantages over Will, and still could not match him.

I have said this before, but it is true: There is much more to being a fighter than you stats. And Will, even though he quit round Lv 70, would be a nightmare compared to these new, cookied, inexperienced DD fighters. He would eat them like the Noob-veal that they are.

So, as I said, it is pointless to compare. Will owned due to pure skill, and relied on nothing else.

If we must make a list of some sort, that contains active players, there are probably too many to name. While this server has its share of imbecile fighters, there are also many great fighters I don't see on these lists:

Ao-Shun has proven himself to be one of the most successful solo fighters, and never seems to be recognized. MalauKnight is a great tank, as well as a good guy. Hassan is old-school, and the more old-school the better. Hassan is one of the few fighters that even approaches Will in terms of raw skill. Eldirecto has proven himself to be a capable tank, even without "uber" gear and full +9s, again another fighter that relies on his raw skill.

I could go on, but really, there are too many to name.

I'd have to say (in no order)

Abazaba - He's a very good fighter, even when he's not cookied, which does happen, believe it or not. Can tank and lot and also deals really good damage. Also, hes awesome at pvp.
kittehhrocks - amazing tank
StormyRain - good DD and good sport in pvp kq
R_I_P - really fun to be around and awesome DD, good in pvp kq and at killing my jts. Oh! and saving my booty in DT when im about to die
Mercurial - Reallllllly good fighter.
Cobedethuong (i think) - Really good puller in DT. Rarely gets anything but the dragon and a lot of fun to be around. has fun chatting while still kicking major butt fighting and tanking.
Morok - always stands up for himself and actually does quite well in pvp kq. not always the strongest or has the most def, but tries really hard. and he, i believe, has one of the strongest characters in the game.
Eawyn - Super good tank and a lot of fun to party up with.
finalizer - Really nice guy and a really good fighter. Best hybrid i know.
Gilly - He was a super good fighter in guild wars.
Akarii - Good fighter and good all around player.
UAELonely - Super high hp and really good tanker. And also a really good team player.
Red_Ambious - Quiet and stays out of drama, but really good fighter when it comes to guild wars and such.
JrNubCake - All around good fighter. Spent a ton on sparkcash and was always fun to pvp against.
Takeso_Kensai - Amazing fighter. Good at anything.

and last but not least!

MrsAbazaba - Owns at pvp kq and solo'ing TK. ;D


I can't stick to 5. There are many fighters on the server who are great for different reasons. These are just the ones that I have come across in my days. These may not be my favorites or my friends, they are just people who I think are really good at what they do.

I taken down extended archers and can be able to kill extended STR fighters and yeah i have 4 points CD on mock. Its better when way back then at PVP at 20+ to 40+. I lost some fights and won some, i mainly lose to mages xD and still. Just ignore the egoes, its just gonna die out. I have my good and bad experience as fighter, I get more better and better, and more positive comments about my fighter.
PVE is Morok's best ability, decent in PVP

PVP was really fun back then, and no, there was no drama over a fight whether winning or losing. No ego, just plain fun xD. I did kill LVL20 fighters that was full STR when i was 20+. I'm just decent in PVP.
I didn't kill extended fighters, never killed them yet xD almost did to one though but he had help (basically 1 counted i guess) xD
But did kill some extended archers xD
P.S I only like to PVP people around my LVL or higher

Never knew stormy, freez3, QP, RIP, Finalizer, etc all that well either (before joining Rye)

There are tons of excellent players out there and given bijou's population and how long some of us have played i would say its an honor to be mentioned period weather by friend or rival. You guys all do great weather only in pvp or out on the field but if one had to pick between the two strongest hands down it would probably, sensibly, go to stormy and finalizer

just because fighters are good in SC (everyone is with SC, not special) use doesn't make them actually good. Infact, some with extenders can still die in PVP lol. I believe finalizer is strong, hybrid fighters > pure build fighters, which is a fact in PVE and PVP :D by far. Some people believe in rubbish things that fighters (or any class) will be fail if they hybrid, but those are weak plaayers just looking to judge.

I am very happy with my build on morok :), not SC dependant at all xD. I can already tell how I am with SC, bc i rock w/o SC :D.

P.S: Guild wars is the last I would want -_-, bleh now is even worse. Before outside heals from clerics (what a fail guild that can't war w/o outside heals) now can't get outside healed when grinding or in KQ (thanks to the phails that can't war w/o outside heailing -_-)
Also PVP became easy and lame, when i look at it its hilarious when SC fighters don't admit they using boosters xD yet they die so fast from even a +0 when they without SC hahaha xD

i don't think sc using fighter are strong cause that's stupid you waste money on a game permenet 70%cookie 50% extandard sc pot........... a full +0 can kill the strongest fighter lol.

1There is the spar cash fighter. who thinks cuz he has all crit costume will pawn and has no pvp skill what so ever or tanking =_=

2.The skillful fighters :o that know what they are doing and knows how to use a fighter.

point is some cash shop fighter dont mean anything :/ some of them are just costumes and no skill what so ever just spamming skills.

but she has a point. and a lot of cs, non-skilled fighters exist *looks at aka* D:< and these cs users when it comes to being stunned will lose cuz all they know how to do is spam attacks when someone is stunned o:< and obviously cookies and such. i've seen fighters with 3klife in MD KQ and they're completely useless. they keep dying. i see them in abyss, and they pick on low lvls... D:<

I seriously done way better than before, and since when i was using +9s or even stones? Once again, 1 huge mistake i didn't use a skill which can easily pwn you. Yeah like 50 DMG to me? i used CC, not deva + i done much more DMG than u. I just lost fair taking too long to kill u, but ur being a ****** about it. Besides, tickling is not damage, i run more SP than clerics... Too bad u not 8x, I'd spawn kill u if u were. That was like when? A year ago?

Real strong players

Are strong by their build, stays with their build
Are strong with empowerments
Are NOT dependant on money, they can handle with +0 greens (can most players do that? i think not)
Are NOT dependant on cash shop items (this covers up weakness)


The money is a bonus, the cash shop items are legal cheats. Since people can get gifted it. Why not vote the highest cash shopped items instead? Its less [oops].

my rep is kinda spoiled already, xD. But i did fight assassin when he cookied again with a pt of like, 4-5 if i rememer he was with another cookied fighter so we ran them both from pking people xD

Seems like everyone just picking their friends lol - kinda kills the point of the thread - look around and do more research there are tons of other players out there that are worthy of being called one of a few "strongest fighters." Also there are different aspects of being strong like how a person reacts to/in a situation (i.e. do they whine, are they quiet, reasonable?) leadership, party command, soloing, duoing, and how they use these strengths to excel above others. I'm not saying any of you currently mentioned aren't worthy just make sure that you have grounds to back up the reason why you choose them aside from "just cause" or "they cookie" and so on.

do some research i'm sure you would be pleasantly surprised to see the amount worthy of mention.

yeah, I agree with you, fighter doesn't have as many HP as people would like to think. Most of the reason why fighter have so much HP is they favor END gears and in their build (hybrid/pure end). Fighter only have about 10-20% more than cleric. Some of my previous game, tank class would have had 50-100% or even more. :p

Ao_Shun is a very good fighter without SC, definitely one of the better player for his lvl.

Look around you and you'll see that all the classes can be end built :
archer for solo kiting, mages not to be paper, clerics (always have end in built Oo), and finally fighters for those who wants to be tanks.

Regarding the stats, the fighters will always have better hp than the other classes, it's one of their characteristics. I dont have end in my build and i've 5k+ hp unextended for a lv90... I don't think any other class would achieve that ^^

Regarding the best fighters, I might say that Takeso_Kensai was in my top :D He was my model until I chose my own way. Fin or Ror = epic as well.
The only fighters of my lvl comparing with me would be SG and _Hope now i guess O.o Anyway they are the only ones who managed to drop me once or twice in fair 1vs1.

Dude, what kind of 80+ fighter would walk around 10k HP w/o extender?
Lets be real, they are not fighters, they are cash shop,
ANY CLASS AND ANYONE CAN CASH SHOP.


Me having hatred against fighters? NOT. However I used to have fighters least
to team up with, no lie.
I can tank myself with my fighters and just kite as my archers, why would i need another tank?
On top of that, fighters and archers are meant as solo classes.
Its not that I hate fighters (I am a fan of melee classes), its just that too many fighters are horrid.
Yes, a lot of players are horrid from any class, using SC boosters (feel free to ask me what i mean) is failure.
But there are some fighters that played their class well,
I even find that this fighter (cr4z33 <3) was really remarkable, i haven't got one single scratch on my archer from the mobs. She even
kept argo better than I ever did on my fighter

The complaints about one class to another, especially fighters are getting old now. people need to quit QQing

But if you want to know who the most skillful fighters are, look at the players from 2007, before greens were released, and +6 equips were rare. Hardly any of today's players can compare with their skill.
