chat problems

i submitted a ticket about a week ago and still no answer so going to post here to see if anyone knows a fix for this. only chats that work are guild, academy normal and shout. only way to see them is going to either academy of party chat. all the chats can be seen there which is really annoying to keep up with guild and academy when everything is mixed. whisper and party are completly out won't work. for example i want to talk in guild i have to type in guild chat but then have to go to academy to see what i said and any answers i get. here is some screenies i took

on the normal chat that blue one is the only one that shows. first one was taken just a few seconds before this one. i have also installed and uninstalled 3 times. it happens on different computer also

Im not sure but i think how to fix it :) if you click on the '?' or the 'I' above ur chat you will see in one of the two circles with normal,guild chat, party chat behind them. Now go to the normal chat bar and click on the '?' or the 'I', i dont know wich one it is. Then select 'normal chat' and put all the other chats out. Then go to the accademy bar and do the same. Only this time you select accademy chat and you put all the other chats out. Do this for every chat bar and i think your problem will be solved.

If you did not understand any of this ill try an other way of explaning it :) And if it did not work i don't know what the problem could be.
