Unidentified Error 1814

Earlier today I did a successful KQ run in King Slime's Counterattack. I opened my chest at the end to get a +5 Broad Sword. Not super awesome, but better than the one I had. Once we were teleported back to Roumen, I went to my inventory to equip it, and it was gone, and the chest was back! I sadly tried to open the chest again, and it ended up being empty, and giving me the aforementioned "An unidentified error has occurred : 1814"! :( I know I probably can't expect to get my +5 sword back, but was it something that I did wrong that caused this to happen? Is there any way to prevent this from happening again? Thanks

and that is why I ALWAYS wait until I have been teleported out of the KQ and have left the group :)
