decomping hq dogtooth

I KNOW i had the ability to decomp hq dogtooth from beast head- I did it a few times... but now i see that the skill was changed to T5 and I no longer
have the skills which I purchased in Uruga. Instead, I have a list of yellow recipes requiring finding where to buy both scrolls and T5 alchemy stones.
I object to having to put up with wandering around in PvP areas trying to
get the production scroll to drop from some mob. I could not find T5 stones
or scrolls in Elderine or Uruga... so I trekked to Burning Rock on the off chance
that the NPC's there may have been activated to sell it. - nope...
so where and when might I find them?

as far as i know there is no place to get t5 stones. And recipes are rare. I've only seen the HQ beast leather one, and maybe one or 2 of the dust. Not quite sure, since the names of the comp/decomp scrolls are always different the the material. Always found that to be annoying.

I maxed t4 decomp- they must have changed the hq dogtooth cause it's not on my list anymore either - pretty sure same with gold.

No- I did do it as my main does scroll production and the ability allowed me to get closer to T4 scroll production- I believe it was a 3:1 result - besides which, the last dogtooth receipe now is at 16000 skill points - before it was around the 80000 level.
