To refill your horse you need to buy floating discs from the item merchant in Rumen. I don't know how to get a pet, though.

You can get a pet from rare drops in King Slime KQ, from treasure chests spread around Isya, and from stores for about 20s in Apoline (Teva is so much more expensive for some reason 0.o).

So, you got a horse, and hopefully used the Riding Scroll (the learning scroll from Skill Master Ruby) so that you're able to use your horse, right?
Now, to "feed" your horse, you need to talk to any Item Merchant to purchase "Flotation Stones", and right-click on these stones while riding your mighty steed... you'll notice your horse's health going up towards the max of 1000.
As far as you wanting a pet... I got mine from a random Treasure Chest, found occassionally scattered throughout the lands of Isya. There are also events held in-game in which they may be obtained. Lastly, you can save up some money and purchase one from any of the many players who may be selling them.

To refill a horse:
u need floating stone with can found in the item merchant at town
To get a pet:
There is a few way i know...
1. participate in GM event
u will stand a chance to get rare pet in GM event
2. participate in KQ
Especially Slime KQ there is a posibility that the mob there will drop pet
3. Treasure Chest
The treasure chest i mean is not KQ reward, is the treasure chest u can found in the map
4. Buy from player
the easiet way to get a pet but costly><
5. Participate in Lost_Profile Guild Event
Unfortunately this option is open for Lost_Profile guild member only:p

Click on the open book icon at the bottom right of the page... this brings up the Skills Interface. With this open, click on the Alchemy (upper right) Icon. With this menu open, you will be presented with a list of Production Skills to choose from. You can only choose 2 skills at the moment, and they CANNOT BE CHANGED! Select your first production skill and drag it into one of the empty boxes at the top of the menu. Do the same for your second choice of production skills. Once both are selected, confirm your selections in the pop-up box. Now, you can purchase and learn the lowest levels of these 2 skills.
Once you learn your desired skills, you will notice a counter at the top of the screen... might be something like 0/1000 or so. If you look at your first learned skill, it will have a number next to it, like Elrue 0, Lix 100, and so on. This means that you can immediately begin making Elrues, but you need to get the counter up to 100 and then buy and use the learning scroll for Lix to be able to use that next skill. All of the information on the right is self-explanatory.
Is this all clear? If it's kinda confusing, read through it again after the game comes back online.
All skills advance similarly, with the 3rd level (Tier3) stuff needing fame to be purchased. Although you can sometimes find people selling these learning scrolls at a fair price.
Ok, I've rambled on enough.. I'll await your response/next question.

If you press F10 while logged in, it will bring up a short game manual of sorts. There is a section there about enhancing/refining your weapons and armor. Just read through it and you'll get the picture. Also, if you have a stack of more than one Elrue[1], you will need to hold [SHIFT] before selecting the Elrue[1] so that you can separate it. You can only place one refining stone at a time into one of the slots that surround your weapon/armor on the refining interface. So, press [SHIFT], click on your stone and press [okay] to separate one from the stack. Then drag the one (that's stuck to your cursor) over to an empty space in your inventory. Now you can click on that one, separate refining stone and drag it into one of the many empty spaces on the refining interface.
Keep in mind that you can (AND WILL) fail at enhancing your items... AND there is a good possibility that you will destroy the item you are trying to refine, if your attempt is unsuccessful. Only try refining if you've got the extra money (or an extra weapon/item) to buy another one, should you fail and destroy it!
Also.. don't ever trade your weapon/armor to someone who claims that they never fail at refining/enhancing. It's a scam, and they will definitely take your stuff! And even if they do have an awesome title such as "Enhancement God", there is no guarantee that they will be as successful with your equipment!
Man, I'm rambling on too much tonight! Hope the servers come back on soon!!!
