Bad bug situation

i entered Echo Cave and a message popped up saying "exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 278 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c"

It gives me 3 option Cancel Try Again and Continue i tried all 3 but it does nothing i just need to close game and when i sign back on it comes up again


Please help me solve this problem!

ok so i managed to figure it out after pressing cancel for about 5min it seemed to go away and work! im very happy now =)
