Hey GM when i try to log in on fiesta site it says that my account is blocked.Please tell me how to unblock it.

It means you were banned.

There are two situations why your account would be blocked:
1) You are logging in from an IP that is region blocked due to the licensing agreement (for example, European IPs were blocked after a certain date)
2) You have been banned for some sort of violation of the ToS. Check the e-mail account that is registered to the banned account for a message from Outspark. It should tell you why, and for how long you have been banned.
If you have not received a message from Outspark, submit a ticket in order to speak with a CSR about it. Expect a reply within 2-3 business days in your e-mail inbox. Tickets are answered in the order in which they were received.
