I'm not good with timezones, but it's nearly 1:00AM where i live and i can't connect to the servers at all.

well i live in ohio and the servers went down around 11pm for me so they should open up at 1am.

1:AM here no servers! 2 hours pass but most games say fast reboot and then the game bugs come.
