ok me and a lvl 69 mage was gonna pvp were friends and we set it up the rules were i didint devastate so he didint run.......so i used concussive charge (your other stun skill b4 deva) he said i cheated and wasnt fair >.> BUT I SAY he sholudve learned more abut fighters b4 saying i cheated and being a smart **** what do you ppl think pls vote

stun and deva have the same effect, when someone tells you not to use deva he obviously meant; no stun.

lol that's a huge lvl difference you didn't tell in your first post :P
I that case I don't see why the mage wouldn't let you use deva, the lvl difference would have given him a big advantage already.

well i already beat him and he said now with out deva and i said fine then dontrun how i beat him still amazes me

EDIT: that lvl 48 was a typo im lvl 58 XD sorry but still O_o hes like 10 above my lvl

Yes, it was fair because the mage should have inquired about other skills. I'll admit that I wouldn't be the one to ask "Are there any other skills that have the same stun effect?" Still, it's not really cheating. Just a sly way to win ><

it is fair in my book i cant use 1 of my skills that owns completly all he doesnt get to do is run >.> he mana burns me and fears me ... just cuase the second he stops fearing me i stun him wit concussive charge makes it un fair >.> also becuase i was thinkking i won >.> fiesta isnt all braun it takes brain if your oppenet is a jerk lawl and i wanna see you beat a lvl 69 mage when your only 58 ^^ wiht no deva and with out +9's charms or anything of that sort just your cra ppy npc gears and weps and the skills and stones you got ( we dont use pots if you do >.> you phail and should be banned XD)

A lv 58 fighter beating a lv 69 mage isn't really hard imo. You get a good placed stun while fear is cooling down AND you got him not to run, the odds were already in your favor. But I must agree that he in fact said don't use Deva and you complied. Although I'm pretty sure you know what he meant.

you make it sound like fear and mana burn guaranteed him a win. Fear is pretty much useless if the mage isn't full INT with a +9 and the fighter has no SPR whatsoever. Even chaincasted. Mana burn has a 3 minute cool down and can be remedied with a stone or pot which the majority of players carry.

If he said no devas and you use a stun thats pretty much the same thing. but if you agree to not use devas and he wouldnt run, then he ran then you should be allowed to use stun, just think about that!

Im a mage myself and i kinda feel bad for him since he cant beat a fighter 11 levels lower than him XD, but i think u are right u stood to your word and didnt use deva but he never said dont use the other skill. So tada u win :D

I still say fighter win. Even though I never PVP and only use in abyss for self defense. If I face a fighter I will chain cast fear, spam other skill, fear and other skill. With 11 level difference most fighter with low M.def will be down.

Well, since deva replaces concussive charge and they both go on cd when you use one or the other they are kinda the same skill, but if he didn't say no stun it's totally fair. Kinda lame that he cant kill a fighter 11 levels lower than him though lol. Gratz to you :D

read sum other post man the mage is like 11 lvls higher then me has +9 weps AND armor and is s sc who re=/ i have no idea how i beat him he must be a plvled noob idk lol and yea fear has like a 9 second cool time and he had that buff increased so by time iwas done runign a round like a idiot i had a 1 sec timeframe to make my move and if i wasnt close enough i got feared blasted and i stoned XD ( the reasons he didint keep hitting me was he feared me out fo his target range XD) so yea bite me =/

exactly deva and conci8ssive charge are SO diffrent concussive charge has a 40% stun rate deva has a 70% ;) ( i did test >_>)AND also the fact that the skill points DONOT tranfer over and yet ARE the same skill and once you use 1 BOTH have to cool down
