Can't log in...Help please?

okay.. can someone pleaseee tell me what's going on. When I try to log in, the "Log In" button is gone and at the bottom it says "Downloading new launcher"
It also does this when I try to get onto Project Powder. Please help me someone??
It's been going on for a few months now.... and yes I have tried re-downloading.

Please can someone help me? What is this "Downloading New Launcher" thing? my friends can play the games just fine, but it wont work for me.. pleaseeeeee tell me what's going on....

hello, Ive had the same issue with the launcher, and it also effects certain other games as well, so I thought it had something to do with direct X so I updated it, and that didn't work...

I then updated that graphics card and that hit a wall as well, I scanned my disk, did a system restore and looked for any coorupted files and that didnt work XD

oh I actually reinstalled it again before doing all of this as well, and that didnt work...

Im not that smart when it comes to pcs, so if there is another option I could try please tell me XD
