You can't. There's a debuff which turns your whole body red. That was probably what you saw.

Nope, they have RED hair, check it. Its weird. I know what your talking about though, but thats not it. Perfect skin but red hair, natural. Ive seen a share of them but they never talk, anyone know how to get red hair?

Differents country's Fiesta have differents char style. you have to install one another country's Fiesta first (eg, koren, or Japanese's Fiesta), then you can find a file which inculded the Char skins, just copy and paste to Eng's Fiesta, then can use other country Char Style.

*But my opinion is dont do that because I dunno if GM will del your account or not.

Or they pressed the "Create Character" button and the character had red hair, so they made their name after it.
