TO GM or CSR

For the past couple of days the /s shout function for my cleric has not been working. Nor does it seem that I can even see shouts. However on my other to Chars. it seems to work just fine. Char. name is MagicHealer.

Also is there a on going problem with people unable to submit reports in the game? I'm not able to do so and know of one other person that was also getting an error sorry forgot what that error was at this time.

LOL figured it out or more of my wifes idea to double check my chat settings and sure enough shout was not selected.....

ok well selecting shout and guild helps me see everything but notice each time i log off those opitions will deselect themselfs.
