Cell Shaded?

Just wondering if this game is suppose to be cell shaded. I'm not sure if its my settings or something with the game but for me the game is just in 3D. When I look at the screenshots and run the benchmark demo, they are cellshaded. Does anybody else have cell shaded graphics when they play.

they probably havent put it in yet... if u notice, mages supposed to be dark elf n yet in the game theyre not. lots of things are not on CB.
