***..happen to the rouge skill ...accuracy lvl 26 + skill ..but its seem's like i cant use it ... this is bull can ..someone help me

Don't worry, you arn't the only one.
Having a 30 Rogue I don't have it, and I don't know anyone that has it.
We are participating in a Closed Beta, and our aim is to find Bugs, this is a Bug.
Although the next few levels will feel abit Bland without it...

The accuracy skill is broken. It hasn't been loaded into the game.
So no one has it.
