ok it's rather easy right click on my computer go to properties-Hardware tab-Device Manger--Under the little + sign next to Display adapters click it and it will give you your grapic card name

yea same thing what the guy up top said and u can view your video card drivers o yea so u dont get confused video card driver and graphic card driver means the same thing
