What does this screen mean?

I was playing just now and all of a sudden my screen goes all wacky and everytime i log back in it works fine until I log in completely, then I get this screen

hi, I had this issue before, all i did is restarted my computer (not re-logging).

oh well, restarting your computer seems to be a lot of help nowadays :) so remember to restart whenever you face such problems, it helps ^_^

i tried that and it didnt work. should I reinstall? I hate doing that cause it always takes longer than I want it to!

btw did that screen come up after you bought from SparkCash store?
