Slice and dice 1 doesent work

I just made a new char and when i tryed to make slice and dice no sp points was taken and it dident hurt my enemy... same thing happens every time i make it...
Is there a fix for this?

did you have a 1 handed sword equiped, an 2 handed or an axe?

Some fighter skills can only be used by a 1 handed sword.
Other skills only work when you have an 2 handed sword or axe equiped.

U need to be like lvl 3 for it to work....or maybe u clicked the wrong hotkey button by mistake?
