Why can't i craft the yellow items?

So I picked up scrolls for one of my production skills... before buying any new scrolls i could make, i noticed there were yellow, and orange, items already on my production window. However, when i tried to create one of the items, it said that I hadn't learned that ability yet!!

WHat's the purpose of those skills sitting on your screen if you can't craft them?

Its ones you can learn if you buy them.
(some require a particular level)

Blue - you can make it.
Yellow - your level is high enough, but you don't have the sill yet.
Red - your level isn't high enough to make it.

And where can i buy a "Shield Increase" Productions Scroll? I cant find it in Roumen and Eldarine.

skill master ruby. you have to scroll to the second page to find the necessary production learning scrolls.

yeah, 2nd page, then look for these for your 3 skill 0 scrolls

spell scroll: accuracy will activate your power scroll making
spell scroll: magic def will activate you armor scroll making
recipe: devine magic will activate your devine magic scroll making (mislabeled with recipe instead of spell scroll, I think it had a potion icon too, it was a few pages further in)

some of the scroll skill names are wrong. Like power scroll, that's just an aim scroll. Buy the ones that match up your lvl, like the ones that say: required level: 0.
