If u want to pvp of pk any one just go to Free Battle Zone in Roumen, Elderine or Uruga. When u reach a certain lvl u can pvp as much as u want in abyss.
But beware not everyone in abyss enjoys being killed when they grind for exp or drops..

Fiesta's lowest level PvP zone is open to levels 10-36, obviously the higher end of the level spread will have a better time at PK than the lower levels.

Depends. You can start PvPing at any level in the Free Battle Zones in Roumen, Elderine, and Uruga.
However, most of the time, higher levels are in all of these ones, and many will kill lower levels in there because they can.
Starting at level 10, you can go into any abysses, which is where people both PvP and PK. So, I guess you can start there, however, there will be some people in the abysses that will be at the level cap for that abyss and will kill anyone they see.
Either way, the higher level you get, the better it will be for you to PvP in the Free Battle Zones, and same goes for the abyss, to a certain extent.
