Plz Help With Builds

I want my archer to be good with pvp and still decent with pve when I remake it, but I want to know what archer builds you guys have used,how the work at low lvs for pve/pvp, how they work at high lvs for pve/pvp, and how you like the builds overall.

Also can anyone give me info on the changes in stat growth from free stat points? Like after 25 spr points your Critical % goes way down and I was wondering what kind of stuff changes for Dex, End, and Str if anything does.
