ive had a guild for a while how do i enroll people in to a ecadmey i lvl 44 am i able to

since u own a guild...u can invite other players who has not joined the guild yet to your guild...

but enrolling in academy is little different..u CANT invite people to enroll in ur academy like you do in guild...to be able to enroll in academy one should be below lvl 39.....so if u saw any1 who is lvl 39 or less u can ask them to enroll in your academy....if they dont know how to enroll its simple ( Press F then a community window will open, then go to ACADEMIC tab...in the bottom of window u'll see ENROLL button, press their, type the guild name u want to enroll then press ok)

but people usually dont join any guild's academy...cause there are guild providing rewards...like VH,Rye,PS..n many more when they lvl up....so if u wanna people to join ur guild's academy..provide some cool rewards each time they lvl up..like (silver,scrolls,pets..n other in game items)...

n u can put rewards in ur academy simply by visiting any guild manager in roumen,eld or uru

i think its inappropriate to say people in academy are under you...just because
u r lvl 44 n people in academy are lvl 39 or less(since they graduate in lvl 40)
there are some good guild out there where the lvl of guild master is 50x but have most members around lvl 70x n +

if u think that way u might not get good members in guild or academy...

well i lvl up fro 1-48 in 13 days.. it all depends how u wanna play (it took me 1 month to became lvl 50 after i became lvl48....i just logged on to chat only)
some want to lvl up soon...some want to make gold more....there are some people who are playing for two years n still in 70x as well as some who are just playing for abt 5 months n already capped one of their char..


so if u wanna be good guild master..then dont look down to ur fellow guild mates or academy member...treat them well who knows one of ur academy member might cap before u even reach to lvl 80:p
