I can loging, but i can't select server

I download new client, i install them, i download and install patch.
I can't select server and enter to the game.
I see only this:

I am having the same exact problem - seems like a slight varient of a common issue of the weird text boxes. I tried to contact CSR but got an auto-message saying they had already discussed the fix (with no link to the appropriate forum or help page - so that did me absolutly no good). Been scouring the forums for days but have not found any fix - if you every got yours working, let me know how!

if you are getting no error messages, its probably your internect connection.
either you signal isnt very good or you are using like really slow internet.

make sure you have no proxies/firewall/anti-virus programs blocking fiesta
