The fastest class for leveling?

hey i just wanted to know your opion which class the fastest to level and if there any bugs effecting how slow some chacaters are leveling?

Clerics, Can heal themself and kill higher level mobs at lower levels.

they aren't really fast, mages & warriors are fast if u have the pots to keep them going without resting

I like their Increase Physical Defense Buff, wow, up to 60% if full pt 4 members

Archers take the longest, but they own at PvP IMO.* A cleric + archer team is going to*own in PvP.* You cannot kill a Cleric until they have no mana, or you have about 3+ people on them.

Warriors are insanely fast if you can live with being weaker then clerics until 20. Dumping specials with a 2 handed axe rips stuff apart almost instantly.

I'd say cleric. I can go on and on with healing without having to worry about potions and stones.

Mage is actually one of the slowest levelers untill 30+ when you have more than 2 real attack spells (Before then all u have is fire bolt and magic missle) Yes I know about ice and lightning bolt but they are pretty worthless. Like i got a mage buddy who started when I did, and plays as much as I do, and*I got 1 char to 21, and 2 to 17 before he hit 20, hes a mage.


Archer I notice levels alot faster than my mage did at level 13, she kills faster (for now anyway), doesn't have to wait 15 seconds between kills for cooldowns.


Fighter does alright if you use buff scrolls and potions. But it'll probally cost you the most money to level a fighter period.


Cleric.. My cleric is now 21 and she is a grinding goddess, with her absorption buff*I can sit in a spawn of agressive monsters (Say mara pirate elites) and have 5 on me at all times and they all hit for 0's. I can usually kill em off in less than 30 seconds. Without the buff they only hit me for 20 damage. In terms of grinding pre-20, clerics are prob the best, can keep going due to self heal etc. and are low-cost.


*Sadly right now attack skills seem to be bugged. they say additional damage but then when you actually use them, they totally ignore what your base attack power is (which hurts mages the most, since they have no damage output except skills.) like I hit mara pirate elites on my 21 cleric for 105 a hit (this is without a mara pirate elite title), my skill adds 340-360 damage, I should be hitting them for about 400 with the skill, not 240 or 250.

ya clerics sure can grind i can go for hours w/o the use for any pots at all, and if u got good weapons, buffs etc u can kill at a decent/fast speed too.

he/she played none stop mages lvl slow i seen how they lvl hit run thats slow lvling in the end.mages prob will be able to lvl fast when they can atk more then 1 monter with there spells.*

nanasi, i noticed that in ur screen ur character is zoomed out more than mine. how do u zoom out?

Use wheel of your mouse.

If you don't have it, can't zoom out.

I'd say Mages because I'm a cleric but my attacks are weak. I can heal myself, but I have to do it constantly, taking time. A mage at the same level as me can kill a pirate in 3 hits when it takes me ~15

ive seen archer play first hand, and i have played mage


to be honest- of the 2 archer looks like it can rapid shoot arrows, but the damage isnt as good as the mages obviously. i can get going pretty fast on a mage if i use hotkeys tho, and the damage is great(im only lvl 5). i can kill plenty of stuff in about 1 minute as long as im in a well spawned area


took me about 30 min to get to lvl 5 on my mage, and i did a quest in between

Still chose the Cleric in the OBT cuz I luv their buffs, so usefull

Seriously those that say mages are underpowered, level slower grind slower etc are Naive and obviously have not taken full advantage of the Mage's power and have not grasped the extent of its abilities


2 mages grind insanely fast with pots and stones, they never get hit as they drop everything fast enough and with the right scrolls and buffs can take hits just as well as any other class


And by the way Mages are missing one vital spell, the AoE spell which has not been released yet, imagine a mage tanking with the Cleric buff and just AoE-ing crowds of mobs


Also the highest levels are Mages in CB atm
