Build DEX, STR or END

Ok my tank was becoming boring and i want to try something else so i took an archer, to this point i love my archer but i have a little problem, i put my 25 first point in SPR, i was planning to put all the rest in DEX but i heard that when you are high lvl, it's no more effective the mobs are no more missing you. So, should i put all the rest in DEX and increase evasion, put all the rest in END and have more hp and def or put all the rest in STR and do more damage and kill faster ?
