Killing a monster that another player is attacking (when they didn’t ask for help) is considered killstealing and can get you banned.

Purposefully collecting agro from monsters and then loosing them on someone else is considered ‘training’ and you can get banned for doing it.

Shroom killing during guild wars is a banable offence.

Attacking players who are grinding during guild wars is against the rules.

Gifting in exchange of game currency is STRICTLY PROHIBITED
We would like to make sure you understand our gifting rules:

It is a violation of our terms of service to exchange any items from the store with game currency. Do not solicit gifting to and from other users especially if you don't know them and do not ask for game currency money (gold or silver). If you engage in this activity, we will suspend and possibly terminate your account.

Now my question to GM's and CSR's is this, do you guys actually enforce the rules?
I was sting on the bridge in collapsed prison with someone talking, and a cleric kept dragging monsters to us, at one point even said for us to die.
I am doing a quest later trying to kill archons and greenkies, and another fighter comes along and kills off the 4 I had collected agro on with mock.

I am sitting in Elderine and I hear offers to sell gifts, beauty coupons or offers to buy them from another player.

I seen during some guild wars other players attacking those that have a shop set up in Uruga, or some attack players that are afk at the storage.

Anytime I try to ask the people to stop because it is against the TOS to do any of these, I am told it doesn't matter cause the GM's don't care!
I need to know, do you?

If someone trains, killsteals, or offers to buy CS items illegally from you, you can take a screenshot and report it via the Contact a CSR Option (http://outspark.custhelp.com/app/ask).

No Mercy.

I think its not that they don't enfore it,I think its because they don't have the time to,they will get to the situation sooner or later, theres no many things that needs to be dealt with before they could get to another situation

I know that, I only found out how to do that recently myself, but what it is I am asking and hoping, is that others in game read, and then know that the rules are enforced, then maybe, just maybe, people will think twice before breaking the rules.
If people don't believe rules are enforced, no one cares and rule get broken!
If people believe rules are actually enforced, they try not to break the rules if they do care about their game play!

The GMs/CSRs cant be around to stop every violation. People selling SC items for ingame profit will probly get caught since the GMs seem to hang out alot at the big Cities mostly. However training/ksing/war harrassment, all will go unoticed unless a player cares enough, or is pissed off enough to report them.

If you want something done right do it yourself, same goes for Fiesta it is up to you to report any harrasment, training, or kill stealing, the GMs will never be on the look out for these types of things since it is generally out of the area in which they play in.

If you report, and the crime is serious enough to deserve a penalty, they will get what they deserve.

A way is to caught them at it more then once,or take more pictures so that it can be more convincing and would have a better chance of getting noticed by a staff member.

It's not always easy to get a screen shot, one time while on my cleric while doing Greenkies and Archons a fighter was luring a mob and I guess he didn't like my being there doing solo, he did devastate on his mob and left me to fight them all off. I had no time to even hit the print screen button as I was trying to stay alive.
Another time I was helping my freind lvl up, she was in her house and a fighter came along, had mocked 2 Nox and did his devastate alongside her and left the 2 Nox to kill her. She told me and I got back to her to keep her from dying.

My point what I am trying to, or hoping to get accross, is for people to be aware that rules are in existance and will be enforced. If you don't believe rules are enforced, would you follow them!
I like what they do now tallking about gold spammers, announcing that it is against the TOS. I wish they would do random anouncements of the TOS. Each day, announce one of the TOS rules so people become aware of the rules, and maybe, just maybe, learn to follow them!

Its really not to me,I was in abys once and this dude lured a mob to me and scrolled out, this was a long long time ago,I took a picture but I was to lazy to turn it in.I took like a gajillian pictures of people ksing and stuff, but I showed mercy,I dont really want to ruin their work,I would if they did it more then twice but none did.

EDIT:You should suggest a hotkey for instant Screen Pic button to take pictures fast

Outspark absolutely does enforce their own rules, however they will not/cannot ban people without evidence. Thats where getting a screen shot comes in.

I know its difficult in some situations to get a screenshot of players doing this due to trying to stay alive, however there are situations where you can take a screenshot. Consider those people examples for the others that you could not get.

Also, Outspark does announce certain violations in game. For example I believe the ones being posted now regard trading sc items for gold/in game assets as well as masking profanities and account sharing. :)

I'm going to try and play in game some more, it just that it gets so frustrating. At times I almost feel like just packing it all in and do something else!
Seems like peoples attitudes are that the rules are not enforced and so why bother following them!
Or that is they do not know the rules exist!

ksing and training are against rules but its like stealing gum compared to murdering someone. They dont really have time deal w/ the 10000s of ksing claims a day, not really the height of thier priority. so they take a long time to get to them or throw them out.

shrooming during guild war is not an offense.
killing players in grinding areas is not an offense.

buying sc for gold is against tos, and can be reported by taking a screenie of thier convo.

Well no one is perfect, and this game is the same.Staffs can try to enforce the rules, but that doesn't mean that everyone will listen and do as they are told.People are hard-headed,just keep in mind"dont think about them, they are cheaters and not playing fair, just keep on playing and forget about them, they earned their levels and kills by cheating" and thats it,just take a deep breath and forget what you just saw and keep on going, being frustrated doesn't help.Either report them or ignore them.

just like in real life, some people get away blatantly disregarding the rules, cause that's how life works, but outspark definately actively ban for all those reasons you've stated, and many more - many people come trolling in the forums to ask why they got banned, or sometimes i know someone that did.

if you witness someone else diong stuff, try to report them, if the person they are talking to doesn't really understand, warn them about the possible consequences.

people will always get away with it, but people will always get banned for it - shoplifting is illegal, but you can be sure not every shoplifter has been caught!

unless you get video recording of it, its increadibly hard to prove.

ksing: you take pic of someone else not in your pt attacking monster you are.
Well whos to say u wernt ksing him, and tried to frame him cuz u dont like him?

training: even more so. i mean they could have just ran past and unintentionally lost some mobs that killed you. maybe went in game w/ mobs and they came after you.

unless you have them saying something in chat and got screenshot of that or a video, you cant really report someone for it.
