A 'solution' involves creating an answer that works for everyone, not just you and your guild. Which is why many people in this thread have asked you to try and find a time that would work for you and your guild as well as others involved in the situation. No one is turning you away. In fact, I'm sure Meek and Neon would be more than willing to try and work with you to achieve a time that is good for everyone.

To be honest, I don't think thats a whole lot to ask...that you take into consideration other guilds as well as your own.

You do not have to agree to this schedule and you're welcome to try and raid helga on your own. However, considering that guilds on here do plan to raid on the same day, you will likely run into others with the same idea.

As for doing server raids, theres no guarantee that those would occur at times that are convenient for you either...wouldn't it be easier to let them know when you can do it and see if someone is willing to give up the day before so you can have the time you want?

That's exactly what i was trying to do. Tell me one interested guild that wont be able to join a helga raid at least once with this idea. Either Helga is killed right after maintenance and respawn time would be euro-convenient on saturday/sunday/monday something, OR Helga would be killed at "HvG"-time, as it is now, making wednesday euro-convenient.

Being able to join at least ONE raid is a whole lot better than being able to join zero raids, like it is now for me. :)

(I'm sorry if i sound offensive Celtic, but I've seen that alot of people avoid to discuss things with a CL, since you "will always get the last word". I'm just trying to be a voice for these people."

well server raids wouldn't suit your time zone would they? you cant participate 'at weekdays' so you would only have 2 raids a week. and the Chance of you getting a drop at a server raid is like Nothing. And then when you 'didnt get a drop' after say a few weeks of raiding you will start to compain about that. So plz give it a rest Meek is trying his hardest to get you guys a place for this schedule. And anyway there have been 2 server raids this past week,you could have gone those drops right? HvG got them any way :) haha.

That could definitely work, but like you said, that would mean that the guild is willing to only get 1 kill in 2 weeks, compared to the other guilds getting 2 kills in 2 weeks.

Why would I complain. That is a good question, maybe due to the fact I have 30 8x people and 15+ 7x people. They all ask for the raids every day and they all want to join in. They needs weps just as well as the rest of us, but unlike some of you, they learned respect when they were like 5 yrs old. Wait you're turn and things will be given to you.

i think this whole schedule crap is bologna. allowing guild to claim a day of the week is retarded. that makes it completely unfair for all other guilds that don't have a day. and opening a day every now and then for another guild that wants to join doesn't solve the problem either. it's still ridiculously unfair. i havent read this entire thread but that's the info i'm getting.

why not instead, just make a waiting list and have guilds sign up, first come first serve. once ur guild has raided, then they can sign up for another, but then they would have to go at the end of the list. This way it's fair and everyone will have a chance to raid and no one guild will have more chances then others.

what meek and neon were trying to do was make a schedule so that it would cause LESS drama and more teamwork within teva.

i'm not in on this whole thing, i never even read the first post, but what i know/heard is they don't do that because why should you sign up a guild that can't kill it? like sure, "everyone should get a turn" "omg its unfair" but it just messes up the spawn making it harder for other guilds. and in the long run, some guilds probably would get 1hit ko every single time they walked in there. like, for example. with that, a lvl 20 guild could come sign up. :/ they couldn't kill it.

If thats what you were trying to do thats great, but the tone in which some of your guilds previous posts were made tend to take away from what you are saying.

There's always a way to work things out. And since you've now told us what times would be convenient for you depending on when Helga is killed, I'm sure Meek can find a way to fit you into the schedule :)

Thanks for the cooperation, and if VK can take a Thursday instead, would Milky be okay with being on Saturday instead?

Btw, how is the IC raid going? Haven't heard any news about it yet.

the schedule ONLY contains the "favorite" guilds. the most "famous ones".

Sry Meek, but I cant change the schedule, coz some peoples (important role in raid) wont be there if we raid at Saturday.
Im sry again, Milky will still have Thursday as it planned.

This schedule has the potential to be a major success or a huge failure depending on how people work with it. I smile at the comments about certain guilds being *favourite guilds* because it is far from the truth. Inner_Circle in the past has been well known to be a hard core grinding guild. Yes because of this we have close to 50 capped members and a stack of 8x members. However todays Inner_Circle raid very nearly failed due to our tanks not being able to make the time. Did we complain that the time didnt suit us? Nope we just kept trying and thankfully we succeeded.

Maybe a simple solution in trying to make this schedule fairer would be to try a 2 week schedule. However if a guild was given a slot and they couldnt kill Helga in the alloted two hours it would auto become a *server raid* day, and that guild would need to do some serious recruiting to keep their slot. If a guild failed twice in a row then they would give up their day until they could show they had done some serious work at improving their parties.

Truth is though no matter how fair the organisers try to make this schedule their will always be people who will claim it is unfair.

So far, no one has seem to be objecting to the new schedule I proposed, so therefore I will go ahead and pass it as our new schedule (starting this wednesday) if there is no further objections.

I have actually, and it seems to be the issue that you guys aren't getting a day and its unfair. And I was in no way complaining, I was simply just stating what might have been missed. Please, can you stop spamming this thread, yes we know this schedule is not perfect and will not make everyone happy, but your comments are making the situation worse.

Read the part where it says "To everyone" above that post please. The bold was not directed at you specifically, but to everyone involved in the thread.

No one claimed to be 'king' or 'god'. However, a few people, including your ig husband stepped up to try and make this less frustrating and more peaceful for everyone involved. Since the implementation of this 'schedule' there have been less reports of KSing, warring, and training involved in Helga raids.

Meek, when you create the new thread let me know, I'll go ahead and shut this one down. Its heading towards flames fast anyways.
