the only answer is this: you don't have a high enough production level. Please stop this and start working with your other production skills:confused::confused::confused:

Have you opened your skills ( the "k" button) and picked your 2 production skills?

You have to do that first. You need stone production before you can learn any skill recipes that you buy from Ruby.

ok... it works now... but how do i use alchimy?

Put the 2 production skills you learned on your hotbar and right click them to open each productions skills menu.
Click the recipe you want to make on the left and if you have all the required materials then click "produce"

I have done all this up to Produce. Once I try to produce the item however, the game says, "The Production Skill has not been obtained yet". This refers to my scroll skill and I was wondering where I can go to 'obtain this Production Skill'.

Once you choose your 2 production skills, You have to buy each recipe from Ruby ( on the alchemy tab).

If you open the production skill window there will be a list of recipes on the left.The ones you have learned allready will be in Blue text. The ones you can learn will be in Yellow text, and the ones your skill isn't high enough for will be in red text.

There should be a couple on the top of the list in yellow that take [0] skill to learn. Buy those recipes from Ruby and right click them( close shop window first, so you don't just sell them back for a loss). Once the recipe is learned it will then appear on the list in blue text. If you click that recipe and have all the materials needed then you can click produce to make that item.
