Well, first off, you posted this is the wrong area. Second, that's a new one.

My best suggestion is to restart your computer, if that doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall the game. If that doesn't work, you're going to need expert help. x_x;

that sounds like you mite be beinging blocked by your firewall... if not then try to redownload the game.
